Other Terms and conditions
- Applicants should have basic understanding of agriculture, horticulture crops and postharvest related operations of the crops.
- Applicants should stay in appointed location.
- Applicants should be fine with flexible timings as the operations are season specific.
- Applicants should possess a motorcycle with valid driving license.
- Applicants should travel to farmers field or any other stations/places/ mahafpc headoffice as per the need of the work.
- Applicants should be willingly learning the new techniques/software’s as & when suggested by the management/employer.
- Applicants should have highest ethics in his/her work and humble in attitude.
- Notice period in case of discontinuing the job should be minimum of 1 months as the disturbance in the season activity may lead severe economic losses to employer.
