Board of Directors
- The company is administered by a board consisting of persons elected or appointed as directors in manner consistent with the provisions of part IXA of the act and the board shall be accountable to the members.
- As per the AOA, The number of directors shall not be less than five and shall not be more than fifteen.

Composition of Board
- NO. OF DIRECTORS TO BE ELECTED: Minimum 5 and maximum 11 Directors shall be elected from the representatives of members.
- EXPERT DIRECTORS – Maximum 3 (Not exceeding one fifth of total number of directors).
- ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR APPOINTED BY BOARD – 1
- Ex-Officio Director- Chief Executive Officer (May be Designated as Managing Director)
